Job Summary

The Sales and Distribution Executive will be responsible for driving the sale of canned fruit juices and energy drinks across assigned routes, managing customer accounts, and planning and navigating Lagos routes efficiently to maximize reach and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Distribution: Drive the sale of canned fruit juices and energy drinks across assigned routes.
  • Customer Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Route Planning & Customer Engagement: Plan and navigate Lagos routes efficiently to maximize reach and productivity. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and customer preferences.
Requirements

To succeed as a Sales and Distribution Executive at BLAKSKILL LIMITED, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative.
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos routes.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of NGN 108,000 Net P.A. (inclusive of driving allowance) + Sales Commission.
