
Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Ecoflow. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our energy storage products in designated regions. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with channel partners, and analyzing market trends to inform our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual/monthly sales plans to achieve company objectives for energy storage product market expansion and sales targets.
- Identify and maintain channel partners, including agents, distributors, and terminal network development and management.
- Conduct regular market research to gather industry trends, customer needs, and competitor insights, providing data-driven support for marketing strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in the energy storage industry or relevant fields such as consumer electronics, 3C products, or photovoltaics.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to clearly identify coverage scope across regional markets, clients, and channels.
- Proven track record in maintaining established client relationships.
