Business Development Manager Lagos

At 21st CENTURY RECRUITER, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lagos. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and lead generation to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful client engagements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish professional networks
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team
- Graduate in Marketing or other related courses
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales, preferably within the Real Estate Industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and secure partnerships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven business decisions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
