Job Overview:
B blakskill limited seeks a skilled product manager to lead the talent platform, driving growth and market share through innovative solutions. This role involves end-to-end platform integrations, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and development of pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the talent experience and identify product gaps to enhance growth and market share.
  • Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver quick, resource-efficient solutions.
  • Drive product launches in partnership with the partnerships & communications team, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategies and effective communication.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the talent platform.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a product manager in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and present recommendations to executive management.
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to dive into details to achieve results.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent preferred.
