Forex Business Development Lead

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a team of sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities- Strategic Business Planning: Design and implement a business strategy to expand the customer base and maintain a strong presence in the market.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs, ultimately driving revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging markets, market shifts, and new products while monitoring competition status.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- A commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- The ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- A strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with the Forex Market or willingness to learn about it.
