To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a high-end sales environment with relevant years of experience in leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in any discipline.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client management and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERPs and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
