Job Summary

Jenniez School of African Interior Design is seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive enrollment and sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospective students and clients, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
    • Develop and implement strategies to target prospective students and clients.
    • Qualify leads based on their needs and match them with the appropriate courses or design services.
  • Sales Conversion
    • Communicate the value propositions of both the school and the design company to clients and students.
    • Handle objections and concerns from clients and students.
  • Relationship Management and Client Retention
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and students.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in education, design, or a service-based industry.
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills.
