Overview: At Tuteria Limited, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. Our Sales Support Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers across Meta platforms, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, and guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process.

Sales Assistance: This role involves collaborating with our sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve enrollment targets. You'll follow up with leads generated from Meta channels to convert inquiries into enrollments, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of all 18 courses, certifications, and program features to effectively communicate with potential learners.

Content and Campaign Collaboration: As a key member of our team, you'll work with our marketing department to create engaging content for Meta platforms, including promotional posts, stories, and ads targeting potential students. You'll provide feedback on campaign performance based on customer interactions and market trends.

CRM Management: This role requires updating and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback. You'll track and report on customer engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Program Support: You'll assist in organizing virtual program orientation sessions and webinars for prospective students, coordinating with our academic team to provide students with schedules, course materials, and certification details.

Market Research and Analysis: In this role, you'll monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies. You'll gather insights from customer feedback to improve the program's offerings and delivery.

Reporting and Insights: You'll prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, enrollment progress, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights to improve the customer journey and enhance the program's overall success.
