Operational Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Hotel Performance to join our team at IBIC Holdings. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our luxury hotels and short-let apartments. Key responsibilities include overseeing all hotel and short-let apartment operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-standard service delivery, as well as developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational departments.

You will also be responsible for conducting periodic audits, risk assessments, and operational reviews to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will lead strategies to enhance guest experience, ensuring personalized, world-class service. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership & people management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple locations. Proven expertise in hospitality operations, facility management, and service excellence is essential. Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control is also required. Strong data analysis & performance reporting skills and excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills are a must.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years experience in luxury hotel and/or short-let apartment operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong leadership & people management skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
  • Proven expertise in hospitality operations, facility management, and service excellence.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and cost control.
  • Strong data analysis & performance reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
