Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and sales pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management

You will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.

Negotiation and Contract Management

As a key member of our team, you will negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Data Analysis and Insights

You will gather useful information from customer and competitor data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Presentation and Communication

You will create and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and internal executives to showcase our offerings and build trust.

Process Improvement and Policy Development

You will design and implement processes and policies to support the overall business strategy.

Sales Pipeline Management

You will track, identify, and add qualified prospects to our sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Strategic Partnership Development

You will develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand our reach and offerings.

Proposal Tracking and Reporting

You will monitor and report on the status of proposal components to ensure timely completion.

Market Research and Intelligence

You will conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaboration with Pricing Department

You will work closely with our pricing department to create rate proposals that meet client needs.

End-to-End Sales Process Management

You will drive the entire sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring seamless handoffs and timely completion.
