Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Oversee engineering teams to guarantee high-quality outputs and identify training needs for team members.
  • Make informed decisions on technology and methodologies to align with organizational goals.
  • Review engineering outputs for technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and drive reduction of energy and maintenance costs within production lines.
  • Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Requirements
  • HND/BSC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in canned milk processing and three-piece can manufacturing.
  • Proven management or supervisory experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
