Job Title: Paint Sales Professional - Lagos Territory

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paint Sales Professional to join our team in the Lagos territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the paint and construction chemicals market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paint and construction chemicals market, with a focus on expanding our market presence in the Lagos territory.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the region.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including technical specifications and applications.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with key customers in the region.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports on sales activities, and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the paint or construction chemicals industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingsness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Estimated Salary: ₦450,000 - ₦550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
