Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the paint and construction chemicals market, leveraging your understanding of market trends and competitor activities to inform your strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, distributors, and other key stakeholders, providing exceptional service and building trust through effective communication.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including technical specifications and applications, to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, utilizing your negotiation skills to close deals and prepare proposals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the paint or construction chemicals industry, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive results and grow revenue.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
