Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Privia Integrated Limited.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will also be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of local property markets and trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals while handling customer concerns
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services
- Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in Manufacturing Sales
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is advantageous
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proximity to Ibadan environs
$400,000 per annum (inclusive of basic salary and commission)
Additional Information:Probationary period: 3 months
Basic Salary: $50,000 per month
Commission: 5% of every product sold
Performance bonus: 20%
