We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at ATTITUDEHOMES NIG LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Promote our products and services to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage sales records and revenue reports
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and feedback to customers
  • Budget and forecast sales performance

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also have experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and managing sales teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in managing sales teams and budgets

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of N1,500,000 - N2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
