Lumos Nigeria is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

This role involves driving sales targets towards achieving business objectives and KPIs, handling key partners' and customers' complaints, ensuring compliance with trade policies, tracking partners' performances, and conducting monthly reconciliations. You will also adhere to monthly journey plans for partner visitation and engagement, increase business opportunities through new channel openings, manage partners to achieve targets, and grow sales portfolios within assigned territories.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of field sales and market intelligence, sales experience on sticky products, and be goal-oriented and self-motivated. You should also possess good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to speak local languages and work with minimal supervision.
