Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets towards achieving business objectives and KPIs for the territory. They will handle key partners' and customers' complaints, ensure compliance with trade policies, track partners' performances, and conduct monthly reconciliations. Additionally, they will adhere to monthly journey plans for partner visitation and engagement, increase business opportunities through new channel openings, manage partners to achieve targets, and grow sales portfolios within assigned territories.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge of field sales and market intelligence, sales experience on sticky products, and be goal-oriented and self-motivated. You should also possess good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to speak local languages and work with minimal supervision.
