We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Regional Growth Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and executing regional business growth initiatives to drive franchise sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional business growth strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, investors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and franchise growth initiatives.

As a Regional Growth Manager, you will be responsible for achieving set performance targets, including franchise/distributorship investment sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating KPIs such as the number of franchise investments closed, revenue size, and overall business development metrics.
