Job Description:

As a Customer Growth Manager at Plugz Strategic Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive customer growth and revenue expansion. This role requires a unique blend of analytical and creative skills, as well as excellent communication and project management abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Design and execute multi-channel customer growth plans, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising (PPC).
* Customer Insights & Analysis: Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
* Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and strategies. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
* Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer acquisition channels. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and recommend strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage digital marketing channels to attract and engage with target audiences. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Utilize email marketing, content marketing, and SEO to drive traffic and conversion.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively to ensure all growth initiatives are within allocated resources. Develop and maintain forecasts to track progress against budget and adjust strategies as needed.
