About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market strategies to drive deposit mobilization and portfolio development.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to present financial products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and conversion.
  • Compile and profile potential clients to target high-growth markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on progress, ensuring timely and accurate submissions of weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
