The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and workforce development. This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for vacant positions
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, including performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training programs
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment and employee retention
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
