Key Responsibilities:
  • Production and Quality Control:

  • Staff Management:
    • Supervise and train bakery staff, including bakers, decorators, and sales personnel.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and discipline staff as needed.
    • Foster a positive and productive bakery environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Order and manage ingredients, supplies, and equipment to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock usage.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning:
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and cleaned to prevent downtime and accidents.
  • Recipe Development and Implementation:
    • Assist with recipe development, testing, and implementation to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Reporting and Administration:
