We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Experienced HR Assistant/Internal Control. This role involves supporting the HR department in maintaining compliance and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and internal control frameworks.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring internal control processes to ensure compliance with HR policies and related regulations. You will also support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on internal controls or compliance. You should also have familiarity with HR software, labor laws, and internal control frameworks. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Implement and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with HR policies and related regulations.
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and prepare reports for management as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and assist in the development of HR policies.
- Participate in internal audits related to HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of training programs to enhance employee understanding of internal controls.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and compliance issues.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software, labor laws, and internal control frameworks.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on internal controls or compliance.
