
Downstream Oil and Gas Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Petroleum Products Business Development Executive to join our team at Blakskill Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key business opportunities in the distribution, marketing, and retail of petroleum products.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in petroleum products distribution and retail sectors. Develop and execute business growth strategies to enhance sales and market penetration. Negotiate and secure sales agreements, supply contracts, and partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, traders, and government agencies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive business growth through effective project management and execution. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure contract compliance and optimize business operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Petroleum Management, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles in downstream oil and gas
• Strong understanding of petroleum products marketing, retail operations, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
