We are seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Fort Knox Outsourcing.
Overview:We are a leading outsourcing company providing exceptional services to our clients. As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment verification, and reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures against budget allocations.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and processes.
- Understanding of financial principles and terminology.
- At least 1-3 years experience in finance or accounting.
- Completion certificate or proof of exemption from NYSC.
- Professional Certification in finance or accounting is an added advantage.
N120,000 per month.
Location:Lagos.
