- Manage office schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
- Maintain office supplies and handle inventory management.
- Support team operations to ensure smooth workflow and office functionality.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Residency in Abuja.
