About the Role:

As a Female Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the office and team members. This includes managing office schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

You will also assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents, maintain office supplies, and handle inventory management. Additionally, you will support team operations to ensure smooth workflow and office functionality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • The applicant must be resident in Abuja

Estimated Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦450,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
