Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to lead our sales and distribution team. This role is critical in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and overseeing the strategic direction of our Enterprise FMCG business.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic industry. As a Senior Manager Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for defining strategic objectives, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 5-7 years in sales marketing, particularly in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. You will have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of FMCG sales strategies, distribution channels, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the strategic objectives for successful rollout of existing business services, including setting direction for new business opportunities.
  • Develop KPIs covering business operations and admirable revenue targets.
  • Manage diverse cross-functional teams and their outputs, helping to create an open feedback culture.
  • Develop framework for B2B engagement for successful delivery and business performance.
  • Build and manage a significant channel partner network to drive market penetration.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Senior Sales Manager with at least 5-7 years sales experience in FMCG products and services.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales strategies, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
