Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment Placement Service (HRPS). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • • Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers
    • Conduct cost-benefit analysis to meet customer needs
    • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within set schedules
    • Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales efforts
    • Analyze market potential and track sales reports
    • Provide management with insights on customer needs and market trends
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and promotional trends


Requirements:
  • • SSCE qualification
    • 1 year work experience as a Sales Representative
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • High motivation, target driven, and proven sales record
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
