Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the transformation of our development process, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance software development, quality control, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading the transition to LLM-driven innovation
  • Exploring and implementing AI-powered solutions
  • Cultivating a dynamic development environment
  • Automating processes and accelerating requirement implementation
Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a higher qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#.net, JavaScript, Python, etc.) preferably in a software industry
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (People Management)
  • Experience in remote work environments
Desirable Qualifications

The ideal candidate should also have:

  • Significant technical and working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience in contributing to open-source projects, managing GitHub projects, and submitting pull requests
  • Strong Leadership skills
