Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Answer direct messages and respond to phone conversations in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
