Job Title: Sales Team Manager

Estimated Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦250,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Sako Solar Power. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and training our sales team, improving their overall sales ability, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.

  • Manage and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide satisfactory service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strike business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverters and liaise with companies for business deals.
  • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of the solar energy industry and its market trends.
