Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager and Sales Executives to join our team at Elukaz Travel and Tours Limited. This role is responsible for driving sales growth through strategic planning, customer relationship building, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and convert sales by leveraging business development strategies and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Capitalize on new and existing sales and marketing opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and meet performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about company products and services.

This role requires a strong ability to listen to customers' needs, build rapport, and document customer information, payment, and reactions to products. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to keep up-to-date with all products and inform customers of new products, as well as answer customer inquiries regarding product details.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will also possess a keen understanding of business development strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.

In terms of compensation, we offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
