Strategic Business Partnerships Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Pem Security Guard Network is seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiating contract terms with clients, communicating with stakeholders, monitoring project teams to ensure contracts are agreed and executed, gathering useful information from clients and competitors, making presentations to prospective clients and executives, setting goals for the business, implementing new target markets, and pursuing leads through the sales cycle.
**Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any changes.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are agreed and executed according to plan.
- Gather useful information from clients and competitors to inform business decisions.
- Make persuasive presentations to prospective clients and executives to secure new business opportunities.
- Set clear goals for the business to drive growth and success.
- Implement new target markets to expand our customer base.
- Pursue leads through the sales cycle to convert prospects into clients.
**Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the security industry and its trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
