**Job Overview**

PROFORCE AIRSYSTEMS LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, expand market presence, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in business development, preferably within a related industry (HVAC, industrial air solutions, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and applications for PROFORCE AIRSYSTEMS LTD's products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online resources.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (related field), or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the air systems industry (HVAC, air purification, industrial air solutions) and related technologies.

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • CMS Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
