Job Title: Business Growth Executive

The Business Growth Executive will be responsible for driving corporate sales and revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Partnerships: Develop a portfolio of partners and affiliates to drive account acquisition and create revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with corporate clients to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives.
  • New Market Development: Identify and develop new markets in the region to drive business targets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Regional Sales Achievement: Achieve overall sales targets for the region, including partners, commercial buildings, malls, and corporates.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Advanced degree in marketing, sales, or economics (or related courses).
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate sales and partnerships in Nigeria is mandatory.
  • Experience in retail direct sales and channel management.
  • A consultative selling approach with demonstrated experience in marketing, HMO, insurance, fitness, or the hospitality service field is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a distinctive analytical and structured approach.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Remuneration:

Up to ₦300,000 per annum, plus an 8% commission on sales.
