Sales Development Director Job SummaryThe Sales Development Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- B uiild and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the solar industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
