About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive situations, informing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the signing, implementation, and follow-up of sales contracts to ensure timely execution.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and organize sales data regularly, reporting sales status to superiors and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
