Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Ascentech Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Salary: ₦90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized office environment, including sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner, creating and updating records with accuracy and validity, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Supply Management: Monitor the level of office supplies and handle shortages promptly.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues efficiently.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Education: OND, HND, or general profile with knowledge of filing documents, inward/outward registers, and submitting documents to outside entities.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of office equipment, computer systems, and proficiency in MS Office.
