
Managed IT Services Growth Strategist

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive sales growth and expand the client base for managed IT services. As a Managed IT Services Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Your primary goal is to identify and target new business opportunities for managed IT services, including cloud solutions, network management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base for managed IT services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, solutions architecture, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and update pipeline information.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with a focus on managed IT services, cloud computing, or IT consulting
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of managed IT services, including network management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to selling
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting
