Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy Development
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key prospects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-warranty support services.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase revenue and expand the client base.
Stay informed on the latest Dynamics 365 updates, post-warranty support trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Client Acquisition and Engagement
Identify, target, and engage potential clients requiring post-warranty support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored support solutions.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses using or considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Post-Warranty Support Sales
Develop customized service packages including technical support, system maintenance, and service agreements for post-warranty Dynamics 365 solutions.
Provide clients with post-warranty lifecycle services, including software updates, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the client's operational needs and are aligned with Microsoft's best practices.
Customer Retention and Upselling
Ensure ongoing satisfaction with support services by maintaining regular contact with clients and addressing their technical needs.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as version upgrades, system integration, or extended support contracts.
Act as the point of contact for escalations, working closely with technical and service delivery teams to resolve issues.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work in close partnership with the technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of post-warranty support.
Use CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) to track and manage business development activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or Dynamics 365 partner environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications across industries (e.g., finance, retail, manufacturing, and supply chain).
Proven track record in developing and closing deals, particularly related to post-warranty support and IT service contracts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer service, and marketing modules.
