Results-Oriented Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients in their designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and engage potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing concerns and offering additional products/services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role (1-3 years minimum).
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and goal-orientation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
