Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients in their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing concerns and offering additional products/services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM software.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role (1-3 years minimum).
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and goal-orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
