Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Ascentech Services, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the paints and construction materials market.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and features of our paints and construction materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively target potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our professional network.
  • Provide training and support to clients on product applications, ensuring they understand the proper usage and benefits of our offerings.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • HND/B.Sc. degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on paints and construction materials preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the paint and construction materials industry, including product knowledge and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Estimated Salary: NGN 300,000 - NGN 500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
