As a Business Development Manager at HRD Solutions, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the world by driving revenue growth, expanding our market reach, and positioning us as a leader in the development and government sectors.

About the Role

In this high-impact role, you'll engage with NGOs, development agencies, and government bodies to secure contracts, pre-orders, and funding opportunities. You'll develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy, identify and engage institutional buyers, and lead negotiations to ensure optimal terms in government and institutional sales agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging institutional buyers.
  • Secure large-scale contracts, pre-orders, and funding from NGOs, government feeding programs, and humanitarian aid organizations.
  • Draft compelling proposals, funding applications, and sales contracts to drive business growth.
  • Lead negotiations, ensuring optimal terms in government and institutional sales agreements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and funding sources.
