Job Overview

Globe Williams Facilities Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Officer to join its team. This role will be responsible for driving commercial growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, increasing sales, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Promote the company's brand visibility through social media platforms.
  3. Implement targeted business development strategies to increase sales.
  4. Prepare customized quotes and proposals tailored to client needs.
  5. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  6. Track sales progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
  7. Expand the client base by identifying, researching, and approaching potential clients.
  8. Provide regular feedback and insights to management regarding market opportunities and client needs.
  9. Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions.
  10. Create persuasive sales pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HND, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster a positive working environment.
  • Some experience in sales, business development, and operations is a plus but not required.
