About the Role- Identify and onboard new sales agents.
- Prepare target market lists for expansion.
- Activate dormant sales agents.
- Grow the company's sales network through effective management.
- Provide timely resolutions to agent inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities for compliance purposes.
- Ensure the security of all entrusted information in accordance with company policies.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Facilitate account funding and wallet enrollment.
- Enroll new customers on USSD/FirstMobile platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Capture customer activities for proper documentation and compliance.
- Bachelor of Science or Higher National Diploma (Second Class Lower & Upper Credit minimum).
- Demonstrated flair for sales.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
