Job Summary

As a Sales Representative for Ascentech Service Limited, you will be responsible for driving sales of our new makeup products through E-commerce channels, supplying makeup products, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell IDA Beauty new makeup products in the Middle East E-commerce market and supplying to shops in Africa countries.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers, including beauty enthusiasts, influencers, and makeup artists, to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Support: Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and personalized recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotions, and campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the African market.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences to network with key stakeholders and showcase IDA Beauty products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Beauty Knowledge: A passion for beauty, makeup, luxury brands.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Language Knowledge: Knowledge of 2 languages preferred.
  • Product Management: Proven track record of managing products.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Africa E-commerce market and beauty trends.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using E-commerce platforms and CRM software.
