Job Overview

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Director, driving growth and expansion into the African market.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Identification of Selling Possibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs, ensuring alignment with our client's goals.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Presentation and Negotiation Skills

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services, effectively negotiating deals and closing sales while handling objections and complaints.

Team Collaboration and Feedback

Work closely with internal teams to share feedback from customers and prospects, leveraging this insights to inform product development and improve overall performance.

Staying Ahead of the Market

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure our client remains at the forefront of the African stablecoins market.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience

At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably with a proven track record in enterprise software sales or API sales.

Tertiary Qualification

A relevant tertiary qualification is required.

Additional Skills and Qualities

We are looking for individuals with excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, marketing techniques, and negotiation skills. A fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivation with a results-driven approach is essential.

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
