Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Organizational Development Expert to drive transformational change initiatives that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Organisational Development and a strong background in HR consulting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement OD strategies that optimize business efficiency and employee productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute OD Strategies: Design and implement OD strategies to enhance business efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational culture.
  • Change Management & Culture Transformation: Develop and execute change management frameworks to support organizational transitions and cultural transformation initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build management capability and identify and implement talent development initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
  • Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Conduct workforce analysis and design organizational structures that optimize efficiency and provide insights and recommendations on role design, team dynamics, and competency frameworks.
  • Employee Engagement & Performance Management: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention and design and implement performance management frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • HR Policy & Process Improvement: Assess and enhance HR policies, processes, and programs to improve employee satisfaction and business alignment and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on OD initiatives and collaborate with business leaders to drive people-related strategies that support business goals.
