Job Description:
Seedworks Recruitment seeks a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within assigned territories. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and staying informed about industry trends and market developments.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
2. Lead and manage a sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed.
3. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of sales strategies.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices through ongoing research and development.

Key Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being a plus. Proven experience in sales management, ideally within a related industry. Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship-building skills are essential. CRM proficiency, team management, travel flexibility, customer focus, and a customer-centric approach are also required.
